Cloud 9 Matt Blending ink is a blendable, contains dye and pigment, and is water-based, water-reactive, and non permanent with an ultra matt finish. The colour is highly concentrated, and the formulation has been created to have a chalky finish that is velvetly and even more visible with the addition of water. It is ideal for blending through stencils or creating backgrounds. Because they are non-permanent inks, they are excellent for faux bleach and other water-based techniques. Due to its pigment content, the use of embossing powder is possible, but be quick to apply the power.
