Shipping & returns
All of our deliveries are carried out by UPS. We strive to deposit your order with PostNL on the first working day after the placement of your order, providing that we have already received payment. If this is not yet the case, your package will be sent on the first working day following receipt of the payment.
We only post packages on week-days. During extremely busy periods there could be a slight delay in the delivery of your order. Although we will always strive to prevent this happening, we can never completely exclude the possibility. We trust you will understand. Should the unfortunate situation occur when your ordered product is not in stock e.g due to stock discrepancies or defects, you will be informed in good time and the amount paid will be credited back to your account.
Shipping to the customer’s location of receipt in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden and Denmark is free of charge for an order value from € 150.00 (Excluding VAT). If your order falls below the free shipping value then our website will calculate the most favorable tariff based on weight and dimensions. Despite the great care we take in handling your order, it can occur that an article is broken or, through no fault of your own, you receive an incorrect product. In these cases please contact us in writing within 10 days.
