Dina Wakley MEdia Rub-ons - Flutters. Dina Wakley MEdia Rub-Ons include 2 sheets of colorful designs and one burnisher for easy application. Featuring Dina's signature artwork, they are ideal for collaging into mixed media, journal pages, and for use on tags, cards and in scrapbooks. Easy-to-apply! Directions: 1. Remove protective backing. 2. Place tacky side of rub-on onto your clean, dry surface. 3. Use burnisher to rub with even pressure. The rub-on should begin lifting from backing. 4. Slowly peel away the backing paper. If part of the rub-on did not  transfer, carefully lay it back in place and rub with tool again. Package includes 2 sheets of color printed deigns and 1 burnisher. Sheets measure 6"x9" (15.24cm x 22.86cm). 3 pieces.
