Cloud 9 Metallic inks are blendable, contain dye and pigment, and they are water-based, water-reactive, and non-permanent with an ultra shine finish.  The high concentration of metallic pigment means that they are ideal for darker card. The dye base of each ink-pad matches the metallic, meaning the colour will be consistent on white and dark card.  Because they are water-based, non-permanent inks, they are excellent with water-based techniques, including faux bleach. Cloud 9 Metallic inks are perfect to stencil with, as well as to create backgrounds and direct to paper techniques.
